Shipping Policies:
- Our products are shipped out from various international locations in Europe and Asia. We reserve the right to ship out the medications based on their availability and will use our discretion to choose between our certified suppliers.
- No Prescription is needed to process and ship your order.
- PO Box, APO Address Welcome.
- Billing and Shipping address may vary.
- Signature is required upon delivery.
- Package cannot be returned with international shipping method. In case of any problems please contact us first.
- No realtime tracking is available with the shippnig service, however we receive a proof of delivery that can be viewed online after the delivery.
- Mail service will leave a note at the customer's address, in case nobody was found home to sign for the shipment. If this occours, packages will be stored in your local post office for up to 30 days. It is the customer's duty to make sure any shipments are picked up or resheduled for delivery.
- No orders are processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- Please allow 2-4 business days before we confirm your order shipped out, as we have to wait for confirmation from the shipper.
- Any changes to your order (Cancellation, Address change) have to be submitted to us by email within 24 hours after your order was placed.
- We are shipping to almost all 1st World countries/Continents, like: USA, UK, Europe, Australia, Canada etc.
- We do not ship to high risk countries, where the postal system is unreliable, like most African countries, incl. S. Africa. We also do not ship to Norway.
- All our shipments are sent VERY discreet and there will be no indication on the content. Shipments are sent from non-corporate address.
- We will refund or reship your order if not arrived 30 days after our shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Info:
- Please make sure and double check your shipping address and zip code when submitting your order. No refunds will be given in case of customer's error to specify the correct address. If you note any error after placing your order please send us an email within 24hours after placing your order.
Refund Policies:
- In case you did not receive your Order 1 month after our shipping confirmation, please contact us for a free reshipment or a full refund to your Visa Card.
- We will correct any missing or broken products, please contact us by email.
- Shipments cannot be returned for a refund, either unopened or opened.
